Honest Minds Global is committed to transparency and customer satisfaction. Please read our refund policy carefully as it applies to all purchases, installment payments, and package subscriptions for foodstuffs and household essentials.
1. Registration Fees
All registration fees are non-refundable, even if you choose not to use our services after payment.
2. Product & Package Payments
Payments for foodstuffs, household essentials, or package subscriptions are non-refundable once a transaction is confirmed and your order or supply is being processed.
If you make an overpayment or duplicate payment, please contact us immediately for review and possible adjustment.
3. Installment Payments
Installment payments made towards a product or package are non-refundable once credited to your account. If you cancel before your supply is processed, only unallocated funds (not yet used for supply or package) may be eligible for a refund, subject to a 10% administrative fee.
4. Referral Bonuses
Referral bonuses are not refundable or transferable. They are only paid out when all referral conditions are met and cannot be exchanged for cash refunds.
5. Failed or Unauthorized Transactions
If a payment fails or is unauthorized, contact us immediately. We will investigate and, if appropriate, process a refund within 7–10 business days after confirmation.
6. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in account suspension until the dispute is resolved.
